Digital Products & Coaching

All digital products, guides, and coaching services are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital content and personalized services, all sales on these items are final.

Supplements & Herbal Products

We gladly accept returns on unopened supplements and herbs within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be sealed in its original, unopened packaging.

• You must request your return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To start a return or request a cancellation, please email us at info@risingsunsupps.com with the subject line: "Return" or "Cancel" followed by your order number.

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the return or cancellation

We will respond with next steps and return instructions if your request meets our return policy.
